Last night T.J. and I went to "Park Night" with the college group from First Baptist Church of Wylie. Basically, we all gather at the park and run around like crazies in the Texas heat playing ultimate frisbee.
For the record, I caught the frisbee a total of two times, and once with my face. It is incredibly hot and there's a lot of sweating. But it's fun. We all play with the motivation that our ultimate frisbee will be followed with some quality time at Sonic that contains some slushes to quench our thirst.
Yeah, and my face turns that color. but hey, you should've seen my legs!
It's fun and a good way to get to know some people, but as fun as it is, it makes me miss First Baptist Church of Lakewood even more...
