Bread-Cake? Cake-Bread?
On weird thing we've noticed here in Texas, is that food seems to go bad really quick. Especially fruit. Because of that, we needed to use up some old bananas before they went bad and got truly gross.
We tried a new recipe for banana....well, banana something. It's pretty much the taste and texture of banana bread(with mini chocolate chips, of course.), but it's a little moister, and made in a bundt pan. So would that make it banana cake?? That just sounds weird. What do we call this part cake, part bread hybrid? Cake-bread? Bread-Cake? You can't combine the words, it doesn't work.
Right now, the only thing I can call this banana baked good is tasty.
